We produce 10 acres of seasonal vegetables ranging from summer/winter squash, onions, melons, tomatoes, cucumbers, greens, peppers, pumpkins, gourds,blackberries, raspberries, peaches, eggs, honey, flowers, herbs, etc… We sell our produce at the Madison Farmers Market on Saturdays from 8-12pm and at the Forest Lakes Farmers Market every Tuesday from 4-7pm. Our produce also finds it ways to the top Washington and Northern Virginia restaurants weekly through a partnership with “The Fresh Link” and “The Local Food Hub of Charlottesville”. New this year is the construction of a 30X80 high tunnel which enables us to sell year-round and includes the harvest of spinach, salad greens, carrots, beets, chard, kale, etc..
