Goat

Our pastured raised goat is one of most delicious meats that one can enjoy. It is leaner and contains less cholesterol and fat than both lamb and beef. It can be prepared in a variety of ways including stewed, curried, baked, grilled and barbecued just to name a few. It can be found in a few upscale restaurants in New York and San Francisco and is a favorite meat of chefs. Our goats graze a combination of pasture and woodland which brings terrific flavor to their meat. They are hormone and anti-biotic free!
